SMS Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the KC Computer Services customer-support SMS and MMS program. It describes how we handle information from people who contact us by text about computer repairs and IT services.

Information and purpose

When you text us, we receive your phone number, message content, any attachments you send, and message delivery and opt-in or opt-out information. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, provide related support, maintain service records, and honor your messaging preferences. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials by text.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use messaging, hosting, email, and notification service providers to deliver messages and handle support inquiries on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for third-party marketing.

Retention and choices

We retain support correspondence and messaging-preference records as needed to handle your request, maintain service records, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us; some records may need to be retained for those purposes.

Stop texts or get help

Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive an opt-out confirmation and no further support texts unless you opt back in by replying START. Reply HELP for assistance, call 719-530-4040, or email [email protected].
