KC Displays is managed in the cloud, so your screens don’t need to be anywhere near us. In Pueblo and Southern Colorado we install everything on site. Everywhere else, we ship you players that are already set up and tested. You plug them into the TV and the internet, and they show up in the console. From then on, the design, updates, monitoring and fixes happen remotely, the same as for our local clients.

Questions
Do I need special TVs?
Usually not. Most modern TVs work with a small player behind them. If a spot gets direct sun or runs all day, we’ll recommend a commercial display that’s built for it.
Can I change things myself?
Yes. Update from your phone or a front-desk console, or just send us what you want and we’ll do it. You choose how hands-on to be.
What if a screen stops working?
Each screen checks in with our console. When one goes quiet, we know, and most problems get fixed remotely. If it needs hands on it, we’re local.

That’s what KC Displays is for: every screen at every location in one place, with the right people allowed to change the right screens.
We’re not in Colorado. Can you still do it?
Yes. We ship pre-configured players, set them up with you over a video call, and run everything remotely from then on. Only physical installs need us on site, and a local installer or your own staff can mount the TVs.
Who makes the content?
We do, as much or as little as you want. Custom slides, animated menus and promo videos are part of what we offer, not an extra vendor.
