Apps built around
how you actually work.
Windows, Linux and Android apps, plus web dashboards and the servers behind them, custom-built for your business. Now taking iPhone and iPad projects too. You talk directly to the person writing the code, from the first sketch to the update you need two years from now.
Based in Pueblo, Colorado, and working with businesses anywhere. Most projects run entirely on video calls, screen shares and test builds sent straight to your devices.
Example screens in the styles we build: a Windows dashboard, a Linux background service and an Android field app.
Things we’ve actually built
All built by KCCS from scratch, and most of them run every day.
A notes app that syncs everywhere
Desktop and phone apps with offline editing, checklists, version history and sync between devices.
A custom phone keyboard
Voice dictation, grammar fixes and a personal dictionary that learns the words you actually use.
A desktop taskbar and screen tool
Multi-monitor taskbars, screen dimming and brightness control, built to run quietly all day.
A digital signage console
Manages screens at several sites: status, screenshots, remote commands, user roles and approvals. See KC Displays.
A voice recorder that files its own notes
Records, transcribes and sorts what was said into notes, tasks and reminders.
A front-desk console
Staff post to lobby TVs and e-ink signs, with PIN sign-in, manager approval and owner controls.
Update-your-website-by-text
SiteText: a text message changes a business’s website hours in about a second.
Firmware for small screens
Custom software for e-paper signs, touch panels and LED boards, controlled over USB and Wi-Fi.
A classic game, rebuilt
A native remake of an old PC game, with new two-player modes. Proof that we go deep when a project needs it.
What we can build for you
- Internal tools. Replace the spreadsheet, the whiteboard and the sticky notes with one app your team wants to use.
- Field and service apps. Jobs, photos, signatures and checklists on the phone, synced back to the office.
- Dashboards. Sales, inventory, bookings and equipment status, live on a screen or in a browser.
- Kiosks and check-in. Touch screens for sign-ins, waivers, orders and wait lists.
- Integrations. Connect the tools you already pay for so data stops getting typed in twice.
- Automation. Reports that write themselves, reminders that send themselves, files that sort themselves.
- AI features that earn their keep. Transcription, summaries, smart search and sorting, built into your own app.
- Hardware and devices. Apps that talk to scanners, printers, sensors, Bluetooth gear and small screens.
- Linux services and APIs. The back end: sync servers, scheduled jobs and secure APIs that run for months unattended.
- Rescue and modernize. Keep the old Access database or legacy program working, or move it to something current.
Every platform your team uses

Desktop apps, tray tools, installers and background services for office PCs.
Linux
Servers, services, command-line tools and the APIs that tie your apps together.

iPhone & iPad · new
Now taking iPhone and iPad projects. Ask us about your idea.
Wherever you are, it works the same
We don’t need to be in your building to build your app. Kickoff is a video call. You get test versions on your own phone or PC within days, and every round of feedback goes straight to the developer. Local Pueblo and Southern Colorado clients can also meet in person, and we install on site when there’s hardware involved.
See it early
Clickable prototypes and test builds from the first week, not a big reveal at the end.
One point of contact
No account managers or handoffs. The person on the call is the person who writes the code.
Hosted and looked after
We can host the server side, watch it, back it up, and keep the app updated as phones and Windows change.
How a project goes
Talk
A call about the problem, who uses it and what “done” looks like.
Sketch
A clickable prototype so you can feel it before it’s built.
Build
Short rounds, with a new test version on your device each time.
Launch
Installers, app stores or private installs, plus training.
Keep it running
Fixes, updates and new features when you need them.
Questions
How much does a custom app cost?
It depends on what it needs to do. After a short call we give you a clear written scope and quote. Many projects start small, with one screen that solves the biggest headache, and grow from there.
Do we own it?
We spell out ownership in the quote, before any work starts. Ask about source code and hosting options up front, and we’ll set it up the way you need.
We’re not local. Is that a problem?
No. Development, testing and support all happen remotely. Only physical installs need someone on site.
Can you take over an app someone else built?
Often, yes. We’ll review what you have and tell you honestly whether to keep it, fix it or replace it.
Do you build iPhone apps?
We’re now taking iPhone and iPad projects. If your app needs to run on both Android and iPhone, tell us at the start and we’ll plan for both.
Got a “there has to be a better way” moment?
Tell us what’s slowing your team down. We’ll tell you what an app could do about it, and what it would take. Local or anywhere.
